He was already aware of the situation (I swear, this IWON team is always two steps ahead), and it's been fixed! Payouts have returned to normal, kids. Ok, so am I the only one having trouble with this Daylight Savings time situation we've got going on this year? Now, don't get me wrong. I'm all about getting more light during the day. But waking up one hour earlier than usual has proven to be a challenge. And I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that it still looks like midnight outside and feels colder than Jason Resnick.

So naturally when I get to the office in the morning, I need a pick-me-up. See, I get in extra early since my little guy has me up and running way before the break of dawn. It also lets me get a head start on my work, of course. Yeah, right!

That was a good one! Truth is, I totally play games on IWON in the morning. It's great because no one is here, so it's the perfect chance to wake up and spring myself into action! And of course I have my faves. I highly recommend these games to help get your blood flowing in the AM:

Pop & Drop - Ok, this will definitely get your digits moving, which is critical when doing online shopping during the day...I mean writing! Yes, because you all should be doing your jobs while at work. (Seriously though, with all the sales going on, I've got to have my hands ready to pounce when 50% off changes to 75%!)

Warrior's Quest - Let's face it, it's brutal out there (especially in some of your workplaces, I'm sure.) You need to have your guard up and be ready to attack when necessary (like when Drew grabs the last Hazelnut coffee pod in the morning.) This game will hone those important fighting skills!

Turnstile - A former straphanger myself, I know how hectic public transportation can be. You gotta move fast, and you need strategy. (One day I'll tell you all about the extreme importance of this when you are a pregnant commuter. Chivalry is dead - you heard it here first.) You'll be so revved up by the end of this game, you'll be ready to take on the day!

Ok, so I log on to IWON yesterday after enjoying a few spirited hours of online shopping to play my favorite game, Skeeball. After all, a girl needs a break after hunting down the best sales, right? So I go to my trusty Games page and what do I see? NO SKEEBALL! Naturally I run over to Ben, Marie and Drew to let them know about this horrible occurrence and tell them that this is an emergency of the utmost importance.

First, they got me a brown paper bag to calm my hyperventilation. Then they told me to stop screaming and get a hold of myself. After I had a chance to catch my breath, I asked them what happened to the best game ever!

They told me not to worry! They are just sprucing it up and making it better than ever for us so we can enjoy it even more. But unfortunately, it requires IWON to take it down for just a short while. Ok, that I can deal with.

Then they escorted me back to my computer (what did they think, I would go postal over this or something? Don't answer that...) and set me up to play SpongeBob Collapse. I feel SO much better now! There is something quite soothing about those bubbles...

Ok, so it's time for a Team Challenge message, and this one is really important because it comes from all of us here at IWON.

Now, it's no secret that there are many Team Challenge participants who are incredibly passionate about the causes they support. In fact, that's why we created this program in the first place. And throughout the time it's been in existence, we've been fortunate enough to award a number of worthy causes with cash donations.

However, lately, we've been hearing some things that are a bit concerning to us, including accusations of cheating, bad feelings toward winning teams and our support of their efforts, and requests from team members that are not fair to the larger group of players.

Please keep in mind that fairness is of the utmost importance to us, especially when it comes to charitable giving. We do not condone cheating, and take such claims seriously. Along those same lines, we must ensure that we are categorizing National Charity Teams and Member-Created Teams correctly. This means the charity's national office must contact IWON directly to be put on the National Charities list. As a result, we cannot move any teams from one side to the other.

Team Challenge is an inspiring way for us to help those in need no matter who they are. And it's a competition that encourages all of us to gather as much support as possible to win that donation. For those teams who have claimed victory, let's congratulate them for their hard work and dedication, and remember that the money they've won is going to benefit real lives.

Let's also do our best to use the fantastic energy you've shown and put it toward achieving some amazing results for your teams. You have the power to make a difference, and we're excited to help!

Hey everyone! Guess who I ran into the other day? My good friend, Miss Talia! She was in the lunchroom trying to solve yet another nagging problem - how to fix our new coffee machine! I mean, this one was supposed to work better than the last - you just press a button and the java should start flowing. But for some reason, it had been making noises more common to a yeti than a piece of machinery. Leave it to Talia to set things straight! She realized that we had continued to overstuff the mechanical beast with coffee pods rather than clean it out. (Must have been Drew - I knew there was a reason he always had so much energy! Too bad he didn't use it to clean up his mess!) Anyhow, one clean sweep and our beans were brewing again!

I tell you, the woman has answers to everything - including your questions. So let's get to it!

Question: Talia, I am playing my heart out, but for some reason, I'm not getting coins! What's going on?

Talia: It's important for us to know that you actually finished the game or choose to officially quit before we can award you the coins you've earned. If you close your game window before you see how many coins you've won or if the game freezes as a result of a slow Internet connection or too many other programs running at the same time, you could be out of luck. So make sure you finish the game, see how many coins you grabbed, and only then close it out when you are done.

Question: Do all the games on IWON award coins?

Talia: Some do and some don't. Some of my faves are SpongeBob Collapse, Skeeball and Jigsaw! But we also have some downloadable and cash games from WorldWinner, Oberon and NeoEdge. You can tell which are which by looking at our game list. A coin icon will appear next to the games that award coins. Now, keep in mind that some games will only award coins once a day such as Daily Crossword, Jumble Jong, Kakuro and Sudoku.

Question: I notice that in some games, I'm awarded one coin for each game point I get. But for others, I seem to get fewer coins. Is something wrong with the site or my profile?

Talia: Nope, the site and your profile are all functioning ok. Each of our games have different conversion ratios for how we award coins. For the casino games, we award one coin for every point you earn. But for the rest of our coin awarding games, we determine how many coins to award based on a particular game's level of difficulty. But one thing remains the same for each of our games - the more you play, the more you'll earn!

Sean Penn wasn't the only shining star who got to take home something sweet last night. redennaf won the top prize in our exclusive Oscar fantasy game, "And The Winner Is..."! She beat out an amazing group of competitors who all gave stellar performances. But in the end, only one person could take the $500 prize. A big congratulations goes out to you, redennaf, on your win. And all I can say is, I hope you don't forget about the little people who helped you along the way!

Now, from what I heard, 9 people guessed all 15 categories correctly! Boy, you know your Oscars, don't you! Quite impressive, I must say! redennaf, a proud Silver level IWON member, claimed the prize as she won the tie breaker. Nearly 12,000 of you participated, and we couldn't be more excited!
